Terms and Services

Services:
Minute Moving agrees to provide moving services, including but not limited to, packing, loading, transportation, and unloading of personal property as requested by the customer.

Payment:
Payment for services is due upon completion of the move. Minute Moving accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards. A deposit may be required to secure a reservation.

Insurance:
Minute Moving carries liability insurance, but it is the customer's responsibility to purchase additional insurance for full value replacement of their belongings.

Damage:
Minute Moving will take all reasonable care in handling and transporting customer's belongings, but will not be responsible for any damage to said property. Customer must inspect belongings before and after the move and notify Minute Moving of any damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellation:
Cancellation of reservations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee.

Liability:
Minute Moving will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Entire Agreement:
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
